Qualification requirement:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, marketing or relevant field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good personality and self driven
Good command of English (Oral & Written).
Proficient in IT application such as office, excel and others
Creative and process commercial awareness
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for membership and administration matters.
Implement effective and efficient membership administration process and customer relation.
Credit Control on membership collection
Compliance with statutory requirements.
Able to work on shifts once or twice a week.
