Full-spectrum of HR Management & HR Development includes but is not limited to:
Staffing
- Plan yearly manpower with budget together with the respective department.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for the organisation.
- Manage internal databases with new and past recruitment.
- Manage orientation and exit interviews.
Performance Management
- Develop appraisal system and conduct appraisal (performance review) in time with respective HOD.
- Plan performance in progress (PIP) if needed.
Learning & Development
- Work out the L&D budget which is planned amongst employees, with trainees, future leaders etc.
- Familiar with government grants and funding and applying for the relevant grant.
- Develop a job progression plan.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop a fair compensation and benefits system to attract talent and retain the existing staff, balance with budget and profit of the company.
HR Information System
- Develop and upgrade the employee manual.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel files like employment contracts, etc.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Generate payroll and submit CPF and IR8A on time.
- Manage all leaves’ records and claim the necessary GPML/GPMB /NS etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min 5-7 years working experience as a Senior HR & Admin Officer or similar role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resources Development (HRD) & Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations.
- Familiar with payroll system.
- Organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
