Qualifications:
- Preferably Automotive Technology graduate or any related course
- Possession of valid TESDA NC I and NC II Certificate is an advantage
- With previous work experience in an automotive industry
- At least 1 year Supervisory position experience in the field of After Sales
- With valid driver’s license
- Knowledgeable and familiar with basic automotive tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable electrical and mechanical repair
- Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair on vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checks all dealers’ stalls, equipment, tools, SST and Diagnostic tools if they are still in good working condition.
- Evaluates and recommends all repairs to be done in the vehicle.
- Monitors and evaluates the dealer technical team work performances and skill level.
- Supervises and provides help and assistance to the dealer if needed.
- Provides dealer assistance in diagnosing problems on repairs if needed
- Performs quality inspection on the job done if necessary.
- Maintains the dealer workshop section 6'S, organized, orderly and compliant with SGAP and government safety, health and environment regulations.
- Keeps the dealer up-to-date with the new Technical Service Bulletins and Technical Information released by SGAP ASD and / or GAIC.
- Conduct onsite road tests for actual confirmation of vehicle concern/problem if necessary.
- Assist the Field Service Manager in the implementation and monitoring of various activities in the aftersales operation.
- Establishes preventive maintenance and care schedules to all dealers.
- Implements company policies and regulations.
- Plans out work schedules and allocation of resources towards a more effective and more efficient discharge of his/her functions.
- Suggests changes/improvements on existing systems and procedures.
- Provides superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discusses other relevant concerns.
- Performs other related duties as may be required.
- Complies with the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Complies with his/her Section’s and Department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
