Responsibilities:
- Assist in foreign workers-related matters
- Assist in filing documents, maintain and keep employment documents up-to-date in personal file
- Assist of daily & monthly e-attendance data (by uploading the raw data into the e-attendance system to ensure the data is accurately stored
- Support the team in HR-related data entry.
- Manage pantry & stationery stocks
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior when required.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Way, PJ.
