Functional Overview

The Digital Merchandising Operations Team at Bath & Body Works is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by enabling teams and individual contributors to be expeditious, flexible, and collaborative. The team’s areas of focus include: supporting Digital Merchandising outputs and processes, facilitating cross-functional delivery workstreams, leading process evolution, management of the digital Master Calendar, championing change management, and product management of the digital workflow tool.

Position Description

The Analyst will work to support adoption of changes and processes that impact and improve associates’ day-to-day work. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment and the achievement of results and outcomes. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, along with the ability to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and balance contending priorities while simultaneously maintaining accuracy and quality of work. Outstanding collaboration skills are needed, as well as a desire to work in a dynamic corporate retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains master and program-specific calendars to drive organizational awareness and alignment
  • Builds strong relationships with Digital Merchant team, as well as other key cross-functional partners
  • Assists in reinforcing business processes and workflows
  • Facilitates cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, preparation of meeting notes, and follow-ups on key action items
  • Owner and key contributor to a critical business workflow within Adobe Workfront
  • Coordinates change management efforts for Digital Merchant and cross-functional teams
  • Tracks and reports change management adoption and successes
  • Supports training and provides coaching to ensure business acceptance and change adoption

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of operational, project management or business coordination experience
  • Experience with business operations design and development preferred
  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • eCommerce and/or retail experience preferred
  • Must be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular focus on interpersonal communication
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Strong problem solving skills and analytic capabilities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, work well independently and within a team environment
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to succeed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
